It’s been 2 weeks, although I’ve been pretty upbeat since it’s happened. I was even on tv and the newspaper smiling and laughing about the incident.

However, the last couple of days I’ve been having these thoughts about “what would happen if I did die”….they’re a little depressing…I dont’ want to die, but I am not afraid of death either.

Is it normal to have these “sadistic” thoughts after such an experience?
My driving hasn’t really changed. I pride myself in my driving. A few hours after the accident I was test driving several cars, including a few sports cars. Not to buy, but to rent until I bought my new car. During the week after, I drove several other cars, also some high performance cars. In that respect I thought I was good.

Then I decided to “fully” get over it and drive on the stretch of highway where the accident happened, and I had a panic attack and had to pull over the side of the road.
